A campaign 'Domestic work is work, not slavery' was launched on August 26 2007 to highlight the exploitative conditions many migrant domestic workers around the world face. This campaign is launched in anticipation of the upcoming drafting of the ASEAN charter in November where member states have pledged to create a 'caring and sharing' community.
